A one millimeter co-polyester disc is thermoformed over your final orthodontic study model for ideal adaptation to maintain the final position of the teeth. The excess disc material is then carefully scalloped away from the soft gingival tissue for maximum patient comfort. This unique co-polyester disc material is extremely strong and retentive and resists staining because the material does not absorb moisture.
