I was billed by DHL for a shipment that I sent you. How can I have this rebilled?
Do not pay the invoice from DHL. Call Linly Ho (1-800-854-7256 ext. #656, fax 1-800-411-9722) and forward the invoice to Glidewell Laboratories. You will receive a letter with a reference number after we rebill the invoice.
