1. Place the provided foam into the box.
2. Place each item into the box.
3. Place addtional foam on top of the items.
4. Fold the completed Rx and place in the box.
5. Close box and seal with packing tape.
6. Peel and stick preprinted label to box.
7. Arrange for Pick-up.
